As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges 
unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery at hello@weaveofculture.com with your order 
number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
